Product Line Sales Manager Robotics

Robotics is an important new brunch of our business, focused on the distribution of Collaborative Robots (aka. Cobots). Collaborative robots are equipment designed to interact in a physical way with people in a work environment, being able to share a collaborative space, so work and communication between robots and humans is easier.

Our PLSM will be able to work with different cobot types, such as Industrial cobots, service cobots, security cobots, professional cleaning cobots and logistics cobots.

Your role will be important in helping us to grow our brand awareness and our cobots delivery capability within various industries over the geographical region of your responsibility and to maintain our position as the market top disruptor in the Robotics market.

  What we need

Main responsibilities

  • Formation and expansion of the partnership base, establishing strong personal contacts with partners and representatives of vendors
  • Promotion of our robotics solutions (cobots), negotiations.
  • Presentations and consultations on a product line for partners and customers.
  • Selection of the optimal solution for the customer’s tasks, preparation of specifications, pricing, project management, preparation of tender requirements.
  • Participation in the organization and conduct of marketing and training events.
  • Implementation of the sales plan for Robotics. Analytical work, preparation of regular types of reporting.

    Key Requirements:


    Experience

  • Successful experience in IT commercial teams (B2B sales, preferably Robotics).
  • 3+ years of sales experience of relevant technological products and solutions.
  • Experience in negotiating and presenting solutions.  
  • Short- and long-term procurement and sales planning skills.

    Education

    Bachelor’s or master’s degree (technical will be an additional advantage)

Language skills
Proficiency in English at the advanced level or above

  • Ability and willingness to communicate with top officials of partner companies, as well as customers / vendor representatives.
