What we need

Main responsibilities

  • Prospecting the market through various available channels: databases, networking, media, recommendations
  • Identifying new opportunities to promote the company's products and solutions by contacting potential clients (by telephone and / or by email)
  • Promote and sell the company's products and solutions, negotiating specific contractual terms with potential clients in collaboration with the direct superior and in accordance with the applicable law and the company's internal procedures
  • Providing relevant and accurate information about the products and solutions promoted.
  • Qualifying leads and products presentations for prospective clients starting from the identified needs.
  • Preparing and providing analyzes and reports on the identification of potential clients participating in projects of interest to clients, partners
  • Informing other members of the department about the opportunities identified to define the best solutions for the client
  • Participation in various and dynamic projects in which knowledge and skills can be acquired and perfected.

Experience: 6 months-1 year experience in a Customer Service/Telesales position (B2B).  
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or technical
Language skills: Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above.
