Your role

PLSM’s core responsibility will be the management of the whole product management cycle, incl. opportunity detection and creation, product marketing development, recognizing the needs of different vertical markets, and using all necessary resources to successfully close the project. Next to that, PLSM will be responsible for the development of Telco, Enterprise, SMB channels, and acquisition of the new clients/partners within. You’ll be working closely with vendors and central product, business development managers of the ASBIS Group as well as with our current and new customers and partners.

  • Understanding the partners TAM and working closely with them and vendors in business acceleration activities
  • Preparing and assisting partners in creating competitive offers
  • Strategic account sales of Power, Networking, Infrastructure, and other IT Products
  • Assisting our partners in designing and presenting viable technical solutions for partners
  • Cooperation with Presales and Sales Managers to ensure projects are successfully delivered
  • Initiating & managing the pre-sales & marketing activities
  • Ensuring the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner
  • Increase of sales, market share, partner/customer base, and other sales performance indicators
  • Planning, reviewing, and reporting of activities
  • Building the strategic steps for development: ranking top market players, establish brands awareness on the local IT-market

Key requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a Product Manager or Business Development Manager for A-brands in IT distribution companies or vendor representative office.
  • Experience in market analysis competitive environment, optimal assortment forming, pricing, and purchasing, supply control and payment, product promotion.

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree (technical will be an additional advantage)

Language skills: Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level or above.

Professional skills and abilities:

  • Technology expert with a strong business acumen
  • Being familiar with fundamental IP networking technologies and protocols incl. security (Service Provider/Enterprise routing/switching and associated technologies, virtualization, SDN and automation)
  • Good understanding the current & modern trends in Power & Networking Solutions (WAN, Campus, Data Center, WLAN, Security and Infrastructure)
  • The ability to independently understand products, solutions, technology, uniqueness, competitive analysis
  • Contextual knowledge – local market evolution, global industry trends, major competitors value proposition
