What we need

Main responsibilities:  

  • Competitive analysis
  • Close cooperation with global brand teams and local product/sales staff for the implementation of key targets and brands` guidelines
  • Planning and implementation of online & offline marketing communications plan, including PR
  • Budgeting and control
  • Control of product turnover, preparation of action plans to increase the turnover of our own warehouse and partners' shelves
  • Product promotion within the sales team, development and implementation of sales team motivation programs
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of all marketing activities
  • Creation of marketing presentations for different marketing purposes
  • Control of document flow, reporting in the internal marketing module

Key requirements:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing
  • Experience in digital marketing, ecommerce environments
  • Previous experience in a similar position is not mandatory but it will be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package

Education:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferable in Marketing
Language skills: Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in English

Professional skills and abilities:

  • Successful experience in promoting a national brand in a highly competitive consumer market
  • Deep understanding and experience with all trade marketing tools
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, ability to manage digital campaigns (supervision of external agencies and outsources) and understanding of KPIs in various digital channels
  • English: intermediate and above
