What we need

Main responsibilities

  • Achieving the sales target established in accordance with the company's sales policy.
  • Realization of the sales plan by selling IT products / solutions to the allocated customer portfolio.
  • Identifying and attracting new customers.
  • Permanent market research, to identify new customers and increase the market share of IT products / solutions in the area where it operates.
  • Increasing the number of active clients.
  • Increasing the product range for active customers.
  • Direct presentation and promotion of the company's products and solutions.
  • Making and negotiating commercial offers with prospects and clients.
  • Tracking the order processing.
  • Tracking the collection of orders
  • Mobilizing customers to meet payment deadlines.
  • Tracking receipts and managing existing balances.
  • Managing a good relationship with clients in the allocated portfolio.
  • Ensuring a fluent cycle of the sales process, through good collaboration with the Procurement, Marketing, Logistics, Financial-Accounting departments.

Key requirements:


  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the IT distribution market..
  • Knowledge of the IT products market (Hardware / Software)..

Education: Completed higher education

Language skills:  Proficiency in English at the intermediate level and above

Professional skills and abilities:

  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with sales related information model/partner based using excel and ERP systems
  • Well-developed business communication and presentation skills
  • Business offers generation and efficient implementation skills

  • Ability to oversee and address in time all issues of concurrently running projects
